Quark cream

 

Airy, creamy and with fine vanilla note – This curd cream is a dessert that inspires with little effort. The base forms a freshly cooked Vanilla puddingThe one with Quark and sugar is mixed with a particularly delicate cream.

Egg yolk ensures bondwhile that stiffly beaten protein the mass gives its lightness. The result is a dessert that is pleasantly cute but does not seem difficult – perfect for the little enjoyment after eating.

It becomes particularly nice when you take the cream with Chocolate scare or a spoon of jelly garnished. Whether in the glass, in small shells or directly from the spoon – this curd cream is uncomplicated and just tastes good.

Ingredients

  • 400 g curk
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 1 packet pudding powder vanilla taste
  • 1/2 liter milk
  • butter
  • Salt
  • 2 eggs
  • Chocolate

preparation

Mix the curd and sugar.
Prep “pudding powder, milk, stab butter and a pinch of salt, take a pudding, take off the fire, stir in the egg yolk immediately and a little later.
Fold in the stiff egg whites and garnish with chocolate grated or jelly.
