How do you make apple rings in puff pastry?

Preparation:

Open the oven 200 degrees top and bottom heat preheat.

First take out a baking tray and line it with baking paper.

Sugar and Cinnamon Mix in a bowl or deep plate.

The egg Pour into a bowl and whisk.

The Apples Peel and then cut into slices about 1 cm thick.

Now core each slice using a round cookie cutter.

Place the apple slices on both sides Sugar-cinnamon mixture press.

Now roll out the puff pastry and cut it lengthwise into 1 to 2 cm thick strips using a pizza cutter or sharp knife.

Wrap the apple slices with the puff pastry strips. I needed 2 strips of puff pastry per apple slice.

Now the apple slices with that beaten egg brush in.

Then with that Sugar-cinnamon mixture sprinkle.

Now bake on the middle shelf for about 20 minutes or until the puff pastry has risen and is golden brown.

Remove and let cool, preferably on a kitchen rack.

At will powdered sugar pollinate and enjoy.
