  • 1 pcs. clove of garlic
  • 500 ml broth
  • 200 ml cream
  • 250 G pasta
  • Salt pepper
  • Parsley chopped
  • Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic clove. Chop mushrooms into slices.
  • Put some rapeseed oil in a tall, narrow pot and fry the onion pieces until translucent. Add the mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes. Now add the garlic and fry briefly.
  • Deglaze everything with the broth and cream and bring to the boil.
  • Add the pasta to the pot and stir. The noodles must be covered with the liquid. It is better to use a narrower pot than one that is too large and wide.
  • First let the one pot pasta simmer a little with the pot closed. Then finish cooking with the lid half open. Depending on the type of pasta, the dish takes 12 to 18 minutes to cook. Stir every now and then and make sure there is still liquid so that the noodles are cooked through.
  • If there is still too much sauce at the end of the cooking time, simply continue to simmer a little without the lid. The mushroom sauce will thicken if the food rests briefly.
  • Season with salt, pepper and herbs and arrange on plates.
