  • Grated cheese
  • (Herb) cream cheese
  • Tomato sauce
  • Grated mozzarella
  • Vegetables
  • Salami or ham
  • Fresh herbs

How do you make low carb pizza?

First, stir the cream cheese and eggs together well in a bowl with a fork, then add the grated cheese and mix everything thoroughly.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray or – if you have one – put it in an oven-safe pan. Bake the pizza base in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until it is golden brown.

Then cover the base with the tomato sauce, vegetables, grated mozzarella and salami. Put the topped pizza back in the oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and has reached the desired browning. Your low carb pizza dough recipe is ready!

  • 4 Eggs
  • 200 G grated cheese
  • 100 G Tomato sauce, seasoned
  • 50 G grated mozzarella
  • 100 G Vegetables (mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, olives, etc.)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat and line a baking tray with baking paper or use a (coated) oven-safe pan. In a bowl, stir the cream cheese and eggs together well with a fork, then add the grated cheese and mix everything thoroughly.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet or place it in the ovenproof (coated) pan. Please note that the dough is still relatively liquid, but will become firm after baking. Bake the pizza base in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until it is golden brown. Meanwhile, wash and chop your vegetables as needed.
  • Take the baking tray or pan out of the oven and cover the base with the tomato sauce, vegetables, grated mozzarella and salami. Put the topped pizza back in the oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and has reached the desired browning.
