  • 900 grams of strawberries
  • 350 grams of flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of baking powder
  • some butter for the mold
  • some powdered sugar for sprinkling

Preparation:

  • First wash the strawberries, hull them and cut them in half.
  • Then preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Place the parchment paper on a springform pan with a diameter of 25 cm and grease the edges with a little butter.
  • Then, in a large bowl, combine the flour, eggs, butter, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and sugar and mix well. Do this with the mixer to get a smooth batter.

  • 500g mascarpone
  • 400 grams of cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffeners
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • some butter for the mold

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
  • Take a springform pan with a diameter of 24 cm and line it with baking paper.
  • Grease the edges with butter.
  • Melt the butter and then let it cool.
  • Beat the eggs, add sugar and salt and beat again until fluffy.
  • Then mix 100 g of flour with the starch and vanilla sugar and fold the mixture into the egg mixture.
  • Then you must also stir in the melted butter to create a biscuit mass.
  • Fill this into the springform pan and bake for 35 minutes.
  • Then let the biscuit mixture cool down and then remove it from the baking pan.
  • Turn the biscuit base over and let it cool on a wire rack.

  • Using a hand mixer, beat the mascarpone with the heavy cream, whipped cream and vanilla sugar until smooth.
  • Then fold in two thirds of the strawberries and put it in the fridge.
  • Then halve the sponge cake and place one base on a cake plate.
