That’s why we decided to look for healthy and lower-calorie alternatives and to share what we found with you. If you find it too difficult to roll up a home-baked base, you can leave it on the tray and simply top and decorate with cream and lots of fresh strawberries. The strawberry Swiss roll can also tolerate exotic additives. You can either color the dough green with Matcha tea or refine the cake with fresh and aromatic seasonal herbs.

Put the tray in the middle of a preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes at 200 degrees circulating air or at 220 top and bottom heat.
