Wedding in purple with accents in gold

Wedding in purple with accents in gold

There are many different colors for a wedding, which can look really nice. Here we show you a wedding in purple with accents in gold. Different shades of purple and strong golden accents can be found in the watercolor style in the different elements. But not only the color selection impressed us at this wedding.

Groom Daniel and bride Betty are two artists who are totally in love with each other and love to make music together to put a smile on others’ faces. This also applies to weddings, where they provide live music as a duo. A small “artist wedding” was set up for them, which took place as part of a styled shoot.

An artist’s love story

The idea behind the artist wedding was to unite the beautiful contradictions of art and love. Love is incredibly strong and yet it can be fragile. The artistic mind likes to be loud, flashy and colorful, but also tenderness and great sensitivity make it what it is. The play of strength and tenderness as well as strength and fragility is reflected in this wedding. For example, lush tulips meet delicate irises in the flower decoration, or the charismatic bride is sometimes feminine, sometimes provocative.

Violet and gold as colors for the wedding

As is so often the case in life, the right mix makes up the perfect look. There shouldn’t be too much, but also not too little, purple as a base color for the wedding. As you can see in the previous photo, the flower decoration provides the basis of the color. In keeping with the idea of the wedding, the artistic atmosphere was picked up in gentle untamed and perfect “disorder”. Double tulips, lavishly blooming snowball twigs and classic roses are complemented with noble irises, inca lilies and freesias. For the table decoration, this was put into a large bouquet, complemented by glass candle decorations and gold cutlery.

The colors were not only to be found on the set table, but also elsewhere. These were used for stationery, or for individual flowers in glass apothecary vases on a ladder, which was as eye-catching as it was as a seating plan. But we also think the sweet table is particularly great, on which macarons, cake pops, tartlets and biscuits could be found next to the wedding cake to match the watercolor style.
