Here it comes to the preparation of vanilla ice cream with raspberries! Whip the cream together with the powdered and vanilla sugar and add the yoghurt. Stir very gently for a few more minutes. Add the raspberries to the honey and two tablespoons of the cream mixture. Beat gently until you get a completely homogeneous mass.

Fill a third of the molds with the vanilla cream mixture. Then you should pour in the raspberries with the cream. Keep the ice cream in the freezer for 4 – 6 hours.
